Balloon Care
Important to know...

Average float times;
-
11” latex last approximately 2 to 3 days (with hi-float gel)
-
18” foil shapes – 3 to 5 days
-
Giant foil shapes – 5 days
-
Orbz – 1 to 2 weeks
-
Bubble balloon – 3 – 8 days (the vinyl writing may start to lift after a few days)
-
Number Mosaics up to 1 week.

All of these are average float times in an ideal room temperature environment and not in direct sunlight.
If they are looked after well they should last longer than these times. Protect them from sharp objects or rough surfaces that could puncture and deflate the balloons.
Temperature affects balloons

Balloons are designed for indoor use therefore, store and keep them at room temperature so they last as long as possible. Do not keep them near a radiator, window or in cars/garages.
Protect them from direct sun/heat as it can cause balloons to expand and pop. Cold, wind, rain and sunlight will affect the float times.

Extreme cold temperature will temporarily shrink foil balloons. However once they are moved to room temperature they are restored.

If latex balloons are left outside or exposed to sun or heat they will show signs of oxidisation (can become a matte colour and lose their shine).
ATTENTION

Please ensure small children are supervised at all times with balloons. If they pop they could become a choking hazard and long ribbons could become entangled.

Bubbles, Orbz and foil balloons are made up to 24 hours in advance of your date to check for any faults and ensure any faults are corrected. Once balloons have been collected / delivered they are no longer my responsibility.
Any replacements will be charged for. Please dispose of them responsibly, pop them and bin them.
